August Incorporated is a full service hotel design and service company begun by Howard Luther.  He was approached by a major hotel corporation in 1995 to create an employee store offering heavily discounted prices on goods one needs in their home, including a wide variety of flooring, furniture, lighting and appliances.

Establishing a wholesale “home perks” service for hard working employees had long been a vision of Howard Luther’s.  He always believed that such a venue would be a beneficial asset to companies who wished to reward employees for their dedication and service in the work place.

 

In 2010 after Mr. Luther's passing, Victoria Bragorgos took ownership of August Inc.  She had been working for him since 1998. Victoria is from Collierville Tennessee, is married to her husband David and they live in Oakland Tennesse.  They have two son's, Tyler and Mason. Today, August Incorporated has grown this vision and now serves over 50,000 employees of Caesar's Entertainment, the Memphis based Methodist Hospital system, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and the Shelby County School System. This program has saved their employee's 20-40% off of retail.
