Important Notice:

Current wait time due to COVID is 16-20 weeks for production after we place the order with the manufacturer. This does not mean your order will take longer than 20 weeks, but I have to notify you of the possibility. Overseas produced furniture is behind with Customs, and containers on ships that are coming into the U.S. The factories are unable to run at 100% with all of the new restrictions and delays. COVID has caused many issues with parts, fabrics, shipping and lack of work force. They are working hard to get items produced as quickly as possible. Current Orders are running 16 weeks for arrival but there have been instances that some orders have taken longer. Long wait times can occur and this is out of our control during this time. Please be patient during this time as we all navigate through the hardships of the Pandemic.

Layaway Information:

Using the Layaway Plan, you have up to 90 days to make your purchase by sending in payments to the address listed below. Once we receive 50% of your total we will place your order. All merchandise must be paid in full before being received, picked up at our warehouse or delivered. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. YOU HAVE 30 DAYS FROM THE TIME YOU ARE NOTIFIED YOUR ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE TO PAY THE BALANCE AND AVOID ANY ADDITIONAL FEES. If your transaction isn’t completed in the 90 day time frame there is a $50.00 late fee for each 30 day period items remain at the warehouse. You may make payments as often as you choose during this time frame (we cannot guarantee availability OR pricing past six weeks. Payments are recommended every two weeks).
