August Incorporated is a full service hotel design and service company begun by Howard Luther.  He was approached by a major hotel corporation in 1995 to create an employee store offering heavily discounted prices on goods one needs in their home, including a wide variety of flooring, furniture, lighting and appliances.

Establishing a wholesale “home perks” service for hard working employees had long been a vision of Howard Luther’s.  He always believed that such a venue would be a beneficial asset to companies who wished to reward employees for their dedication and service in the work place. After his passing in 2008, Victoria Bragorgos, who had been employed by Mr. Luther since 1997 took over the program. Mrs. Bragorgos had already partnered with Mr. Luther on the Employee HomePerks Program for the Memphis Base Methodist Hospital System.  Victoria became the owner and President of the Employee HomePerks Program and August Inc. in 2010.  She continues the vision to bring benefits to employee's through their workplace today.

Today, August Incorporated has expanded this program and now offers it to more than 50,000 employees. The Employee HomerPerks Program is now available to employees of Caesar’s Entertainment, the Memphis based Methodist Hospital system, St. Jude Children's Research, Shelby County, Arlington and Collierville Schools saving their employees up to 20 to 40% off suggested retail prices.
